How we handle your data.
This notice explains how Drake Maritime Services collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website. It applies to the demo request, corridor briefing, quote request, and investor enquiry forms.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, company or vessel operator name, and any details you include in the message fields. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry: to arrange a demo, prepare a corridor briefing, produce a proposal, or reply to an investor enquiry. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have initiated.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by email using a transactional email provider, and this website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process your data only to deliver those services on our behalf.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any commercial relationship that follows from it. If no relationship follows, we delete enquiry data within 24 months.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at drake@drakemaritimeservices.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
